On 7th January 2022 the staff of CGC Sri Lanka held a workshop on the upgrading and transformation of digital office system. This is a new system developed by the company according to the EDMS (electronical document management system). The completion of the system will greatly improve the work efficiency. People discuss actively together and gave useful suggestion and making the new system better.
This conference is an example of how the CGC Sri Lanka can learn from world-class enterprises. After 15th June 2020 CGC Sri Lanka responded positively to SASAC's notice on learning from first-class enterprises. CGC Sri Lanka has made a lot of efforts step by step, including building the company's NAS, cloud platform, building the company's EDMS information office system, etc. This allows the management of the company to improve continuously.
The competition of large enterprises in the new era is no longer to compete for resources and seize opportunities. But in the management ability and management system competition, we believe that in our continuous efforts to learn from first-class enterprises, our management ability will be improved, and the gap with first-class enterprises is becoming smaller and smaller.
