On November 5, 2021, the President of Sri lanka Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa and the Vice Chairman of World Bank Mr. Hartwig Cheffes inspected the St. Sebasitian North Lock Gate and Pumping Station Project. The North pumping station project has being entered the maintenance period, and has played a good role in the rainy season of 2021 for flood controlling, with good social efficiency and economic benefits exceeded. The President of Sri lanka and Vice Chairman of World Bank highly affirmed the performance of China Geo-Engineering Corporation (CGC), and express their gratitude to the over 25 years of service for the Country, meanwhile CGC also express his willing to serve the Country contentious, and give CGC own efforts in Sri Lanka for better tomorrow.
