On April 10, 2025, Dr. Wu Zhiyong, General Manager of the Branch, visited the Thambuttegama project site to conduct a pre-holiday safety inspection and extend his greetings to Chinese and Sri Lankan staff working during the New Year holiday.
Dr. Wu inspected key areas including temporary electrical setups and safety facilities, and was briefed on site safety, construction progress, and holiday arrangements. He emphasized the importance of maintaining strict safety measures and duty schedules during the holiday to ensure a safe and orderly site. He also called for proper care of employee wellbeing, so that everyone feels supported and can stay motivated for upcoming work.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Wu expressed his gratitude to all team members on duty and extended New Year wishes to the Sri Lankan staff, thanking them for their long-standing dedication and encouraging continued commitment to the project's success.
