The Contract Agreement is made and entered into on  26^th  MARCH 2019 by and between National Water Supply and Drainage Board and  China National Aero - Technology International Engineering Corporation and China Geo Engineering Corporation JV（CATIC - CHINA GEO ENG JV），Contract No.RSC(E)/D&B/VALACHCHENAI/2017/01,Contract price is approximately USD Hundred-one Million，the loan is the China Development Bank（CDB）。
