Sri Lanka Branch Participates in Legal and Compliance Exchange Event for Central Enterprises in Indonesia

From December 24 to 25, 2025, the first legal and compliance exchange event for central enterprises operating in Indonesia, organized by China Communications Construction Group under the deployment of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), was successfully held in Jakarta. The Sri Lanka Branch participated in the event upon assignment by China Geo-Engineering Corporation.

On December 24, the exchange meeting focused on key topics including the interpretation of Indonesian laws and regulations, compliance risk prevention and control, and analysis of typical cases. Representatives of the branch engaged in in-depth discussions with participating central enterprises and local professional law firms, sharing experiences and strategies for preventing and managing high-frequency legal risks in overseas operations.

On December 25, branch representatives conducted a site visit to the Indonesia Yayuan Real Estate Project, learning from best practices in compliance management. The visit provided valuable reference and insights for further enhancing the company’s capability in lawful and compliant management of overseas business operations.
